The Pahor organization has been identified in the Las Vegas community for their core values of Fairness, Commitment, Teamwork, Relationships, Integrity, Quality, and Innovation. These values were important when the company was founded in 1938, they were important to the entire Pahor family until they passed the responsibility to MMC Corporation in 2000, the values are important to me today, and they will serve as our foundation into the future.

Since joining the company in 2004, it has been my goal to ensure that Pahor Mechanical is in touch with the local business community and to prepare us for the changes ahead. The challenge is to embrace the changes created from an expanding market and learn through innovation new ways to increase our productivity while maintaining our core values. When boiled down, it is really all about people. People of integrity striving to do their best to live up to these values.
